Unlock your business parks updates, offers, events and parking, all in one place.
The app is an easy-to-use solution for retailers and consumers. It is available to download in the AppStore or Google Play.
Getting started:
- Download the app by searching ‘Canberra Airport Rewards’ in the AppStore or Google Play Store.
- Click ‘sign up’ and fill in your details. You can complete your account information once you’re all signed up.
- You will receive a verification email to activate your account – if it doesn’t arrive in your inbox, check your junk mail. Otherwise, contact our team at rewards@canberraairport.com.au.
- Once verified, you can access all the current offers and competitions as well as view the store directory.
Using the app:
- Once you’re all set up on the app you can view the current retailer offers.
- To redeem an offer, visit the participating retailer, and select ‘view more’ when you’re at the counter.
- Click ‘redeem’
- Once scanned, show the staff member

When you use the Business Parks Key App, CANBERRA AIRPORT PTY LIMITED ACN 080 361 548 and CAPITAL AIRPORT GROUP PTY LIMITED ACN 080 711 191 (we, our, us, CAG) will collect your personal information, which may include:
- your full name, contact details (including email address, phone number and address);
- account and login information;
- information you provide through the app;
- device and usage information (including IP address, device type, operating system and usage data).
We collect your personal information to:
- provide, operate and improve app and its features;
- manage user accounts and support requests;
- communication with you about the app, including updates and important notices; and
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We may use and disclose your personal information to:
- our employees and contractors who need it to operate the app;
- third party service providers who assist to operate the app;
- regulators or authorities when required by law.
Some service providers may be located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy laws.
If you opt in to receive marketing, we collect your personal information in order to send you updates, news about marketing communications.
If you do not provide the requested personal information, we may not be able to provide you with access to some or all features or the app, or send you marketing communications. Even if you opt-out of receiving our marketing, we will still contact you if we are required to do so by law or for the purposes of operating the app.

Account & Data Deletion
Business Parks Key App - Account & Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your Business Parks Key app account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app by navigating to Settings > My Account > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can request account and data deletion by contacting us at rewards@canberraairport.com.au. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days.
