6 Brindabella Circuit announced as finalist for 2024 Innovation and Excellence Awards

In an exciting new announcement, 6 Brindabella Circuit, located in Brindabella Business Park, has been nominated as a 2024 finalist for the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation and Excellence Awards in the Best Office Development category.

This result has further confirmed our commitment to sustainable building practices.

Brindabella Business Park was constructed using leading edge techniques and sustainable building practices. It is arguably Australia’s greenest business centre; incorporating a number of landmark sustainable buildings, achieving a number of environmental “firsts” and being the deserving recipient of a number of environmental achievement awards.

Brindabella Business Park was the first development in Australia to use recycled concrete and steel on a commercial scale, resulting in buildings that use less embodied energy and more recycled materials. We have also installed waterless urinals and commercial property water recycling plants. We were the first in Australia to use tri-generation which produces 75% less carbon dioxide than a standard office building and 55% less than a five star rated building. Brindabella Business Park also hosts some of Australia’s most advanced water saving technologies, reducing our dependency on scarce town water supplies.

6 Brindabella Circuit is a landmark, environmentally conscious mixed-use precinct at Brindabella Business Park, adjacent to Canberra Airport. The development sets new standards in design, while creating a vibrant community hub. With world leading sustainability initiatives, luxurious amenities, and flexible office spaces, it offers a vibrant workplace where businesses thrive.
